Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Resources • Download a brochure for shelters assisting youth. How homeless, runaway, domestic violence, family, and crisis shelters can feed youth with the federally funded Child and Adult Care Food Program. • The Outreach Toolkit provided by the Food Research and Action Center contains resources for direct service providers and agencies. • The State Education Office (SEO) manages CACFP in the District of Columbia. SEO provides information and technical assistance to potential, new and current CACFP sponsors. • The CACFP Collaborative Partnership is working to increase CACFP participation in the District of Columbia.
